Standard videos are 20–30 seconds in vertical 1080 × 1920 format. Each uses one agreed concept and one consolidated revision round. Graphics include one agreed aspect ratio. Your approved assets or agreed licensed visuals keep production focused.
Custom characters, extensive AI-generated scenes, filming, new concepts, additional formats, voiceover, and extra revisions are quoted separately. Growth and Scale include a posting plan; you publish the content. Advertising spend, website work, and care are additional.
The cinematic films in our creative lab are custom production examples. They do not represent everything included in Video Starter. Monthly scope, renewal, cancellation, and unused-deliverable terms are agreed in writing before purchase.

Know the full scope.
Each build includes one agreed design direction, mobile and keyboard checks, link/form checks, and 30 days of corrections for defects in the delivered scope. Basic search setup covers page titles, descriptions, and indexing—not an ongoing SEO campaign.
Domain, hosting, premium assets, email, booking tools, and other subscriptions are identified separately. The booking embed uses your existing supported service; custom integrations, ecommerce, migrations, and extra pages receive a separate quote.
Payment: 50% after written scope approval; 50% after preview approval and before launch/final handoff. Delivery dates are agreed after we review your assets and confirm capacity.

Hosting, domains, software, new pages, redesigns, video/content production, and ad management are separate. These plans do not include continuous monitoring, emergency coverage, or guaranteed uptime. Existing third-party websites need an assessment and quote.
Your domain and paid-for work remain yours when care ends, subject to any agreed third-party account or license terms.

Is the $299 package a full website?
The $299 Video Starter is one short promotional video. Website builds start at $999. If you already have a written Alderline quote, the scope and price in that agreement apply.
Is the website build a one-time charge?
Yes. The build is a one-time project fee. Domain, hosting, and third-party subscriptions are identified separately. Website care is an optional monthly service.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. You can buy a website or one video without a care or content subscription. A website still needs suitable hosting and a domain.
Can we handle the project by email?
Yes. We can handle your brief, scope, feedback, and approvals by email. A call is optional.
What if I need more work?
We quote changes outside the agreed scope before starting them. Extra pages, new concepts, additional revisions, and custom integrations can change the price and schedule.
Do you guarantee sales or viral reach?
No. We agree what we will deliver and how it will be reviewed. Sales and reach also depend on your offer, audience, budget, and follow-up.
